Stair treads are easy to install, however you need to use double sided carpet tape to hold them and place and avoid slips and falls. We installed these for our common stairway that is used by tenants instead of a runner because you can replace a single tread that is damaged or dirty easier than you can repair a damaged stair runner. We purchased two different widths because we have both rectangular and triangular stairs. The triangular stairs are not as wide as the rectangular stairs. The different widths work. We did not need to cut or trim. So far it has been easy to clean the treads and the stairs. We also purchased extra treads to replace damaged or dirty treads in case the pattern is discontinued in the future.

not exactly non slip but taping them down does the job

The patterns were Way Off and they were Not non-slip. They made the stairs dangerous as they slid as soon as a foot landed on them. I would not recommend them. However, Customer Service is being helpful about the refund. Thank you Wayfair.

The quality is good. The patterns isn't as bold as in the picture but they definitely work.

I love the pattern of these treads. Very pretty color. It says non slip but I found they slid a little and I didn't; always want to adjust them so I put carpet tape under them
