The first thing I noticed was the strongest chemical smell. It was extremely overwhelming. They are washable though, and that did help the smell. The quality of the product was good, however. And I’ve searched forever to find stair treads this long with no success. I ordered two sets, and there was some variation in color between the two, and I ended up returning one. Also, before you order, be aware that the stripes are extremely striking when on an entire staircase, Although it’s very cool, just be prepared for how much those stripes are going to stand out!! it was a little overwhelming for an entire staircase.

Absolutely perfect - high quality & lovely color - we don’t need additional adhesive to prevent slipping. We purchased for our aging dog who was slipping/falling down stairs. Because of the stripe pattern she’s also missing the last step much less (due to her failing vision).

Very good quality and long lasting and beautiful design

Some of the stitching is not uniform with each tread, BUT it’s not enough where anyone would see it simply walking up and down the stairs. Colors are rich and well constructed.

Perfect for steps like colors easy to care for just put in washer
