Works well in the space, colors what I expected. It has a thick weave and is soft.

I received the rug I ordered and having ordered others before was not happy with this one there were a ton of folds in it even though it had been rolled up, none of the others ordered came that way. I called customer service she gave me some hints to try which I did and told me it can take a week or better for the creases to go away, she also told me they would take it back but the return fee of 65 would come off of the refund so I put it down to see what would happen to it before I attempted to send it back as I had 30 days to start the return. It has been a couple of days and I can see the creases starting to relax but the deeper ones are still there hopefully they will eventually get better. I do like the pattern it is a pretty rug but quite a bit darker then pictured online, I was expecting it to be brighter.

The rug is beautiful. The colours are a little different but actually match better than how it shows in the picture. However when it was packaged it was creased and it’s taking much longer to settle and flatten than expected.

The rug was rolled back on itself in packaging. There are 2 major creases in the rug that I do not think will come out. I have rolled it out and put heavy items to flatten out the rug, but it still shows the creases. I'll give it a few more days to see.
