Edit: After a heavy rain, the mat no longer lights up. I've switched the batteries out, to no avail. This is such a neat doormat! I’m so pleased with it and how it’s held up after a few rainstorms. The led light strips are extremely bright, which is perfect for us but might be a little much if you’re searching for a gentle glow. It’s definitely a spotlight!

I love this mat it is very practical and it really helps with messy shoes and keeping dirt out of the house. However, setting the batteries up was a bit of a hassle, and the coir needles just started falling.

I absolutely love my new mat for my garage space. You will need 3 batteries ,they are not included. You put them on one side only. There is a compartment on the back side of the mat .. very easy ..This comes with two pieces a very heavy rubber mat the actual mat you wipe your feet on . I love that I can replace the mat change it out for the seasons.. When you step on the mat it lights up.. This mat is super cute I love the look . I definitely do recommend..

I am thrilled with this doormat. What a creative idea to have the tray under the mat. The packaging was perfect, not a lot of plastic to throw away and easy to open. The battery compartment was easy to remove and to put back on. I like that it is simple and a new mat always refreshes the doorway. I definitely thinks the extra light is nice when you have guests at night. Highly recommend!

I don’t need to add the lighting because the place we’re at is always lit up. I love seeing this outside my door. I’ll be adding more things to it as time does by. It’s heavy and comes in two separate parts. Very easy to put together and easy to instal batteries. It’s such a modern sweet touch to our home. Highly recommend.
