Don't order this mat! It was delivered only with the initial W on it. Did not say Welcome

Door Mat was not what we expected, we wanted a Door Mat that said Welcome and this one just has W

Ive ordered the rug to say Welcome! I received a rug with a W. Customer service stated that they would resend me a new one with Welcome printed on it, and I got another rug with a W on it. So  now I have two rugs with W’s on them and no promise of fixing it. If your last name starts with a W, it could work. Ours does not!
