The pile is soft and not too thin nor too thick, very comfortable underfoot. It's easy to vacuum, stays solidly on the ground and doesn't pill with foot traffic. I like that the corners stay down pretty well, I put some weights on them after unrolling and after a few days, they were flat.

I have a color scheme of grey and blue in my living room, and I thought it was great the way it was till I added this rug to my living room. It feels great on your feet when walking on it and also really matches well. I have 2 daughters and dog and they are always laying on it to watch to TV.
