Tapis gris Tissington

First of all, this rug looks very nice (just like the photos) and was packaged very securely. However, as you can see in the photos, the actual material content does NOT match the description. By look and feel alone, the rug backing does seem to be jute/sisal (I could be wrong), but the main material (the part you are in direct contact with) is made of 100% polypropylene (plastic)— which is indicated by a tag on the back of the rug (pictured). While I am incredibly disappointed by this, I am very happy with the quality of Wayfair’s customer service! I contacted customer service through the chat method, and they refunded my order as soon as I explained the issue and provided photos.
