This is the rug I received, it does not match the rug in the picture that I ordered. I requested a new rug to be sent and they sent the same rug again.

I never got the rug! It was shipped to me two times, and I still got the wrong rug. I sent the second rug back, again, and don't want to reorder. I love the rug, but don't trust that I will ever get it, so I am just going to pursue getting my money back. I love this rug but hope that I find another one that I like from some other site.
