Look down. The floor is crossed with calm winter lines, and the window is still warm. Where did the frost come from? It comes from the check itself. Sellinge lays a quiet winter plaid across your floor. Ice white, pale frost grey and deep slate blue cross edge to edge, with no border to stop them. A plaid rug that repeats quietly, like light on a cold morning. What does a pattern like that say? It says steady. Even lines meeting again and again feel like order, like a family returning to the same table. The soft white lifts the room, the grey keeps it calm, the blue holds it together. A modern rug that gives the room its centre. Picture it in your living room under the coffee table, everyone sitting close. Or by the bed, so your first step each morning is soft. A runner rug draws the eye down a hallway. As an area rug it frames a bedroom. Will it hold up to real life? Yes. It is machine washable, a washable rug with non slip backing and a low pile, so doors swing over it. Pet friendly, kind to children, soft underfoot, and it does not shed. Until then the floor stays cold and the room stays half done. This chequered rug answers that. A winter rug, one of the winter rugs for living room evenings, that makes a home feel yours.
