[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a Ruggable early adopter many years ago, and I still have that 3x5 rug in my home today. So I was quite disappointed when I bought a new one in 2026 and found that the quality is way worse than it used to be. The rug "feels" strangely smooth and weird. It is fussy - you have to turn off all beater bars because the color seems printed on. Within a few days, I already see flecks of color coming off. Overall pretty disappointed. I don't see how this is going to hold up with kids and pets.

I like having rugs on our hardwoods and tile floors, but really hate cleaning carpet so love that these can go into the washing machine. It has been such a nice way to soften our home without having to worry about irreparable damage!
