[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the pattern but it won’t stay flat. The under pad wrinkles and that is hard to fix. How do we return it?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many compliments on this beautiful rug. So easy to out down. Colors are soft and muted. Live it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this rug to go under our guest cottage/rental dining room furniture. It is 8x10. The website suggestion was to get the flat woven rug if it was going to be underneath the table and chairs. It is literally so thin. I can’t even explain it. Comparing it to a piece of paper. The rug has been down for several weeks and it’s still is not laying flat. Wavy There is a pad under it that is flat. I purchased several other washable rugs on other websites that were much better quality/value. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this rug. It’s not soft at all. It’s like walking on straw. By far, it was the most expensive washable rug I bought, but I thought Ruggable was the gold standard. Wrong! The color is good for our room.
