Unfortunately, I had to return the rug immediately. It is so thin. My first search criteria was "thick" and the thickness search included a measurement of the rug's thickness. The rug arrived quickly, which I appreciated, but immediately upon unraveling it, it was clear that the rug was thin - the edges would not lay flat even because there is absolutely no weight to this rug. At this time, I have started the return and refund process, and I am equally disappointed that Wayfair is currently asking me to pay the shipping for a rug that was clearly falsely advertised. I will amend the review if/when this is resolved (not about the quality of the rug, because consumers should know), but about Wayfair's commitment to its customers. I am a newbie to Wayfair, but this experience will definitely foretell my future use of the website.
