Buyer beware! This rug is not at all the color shown on Wayfair. And based on my conversation with customer service, they don't care. The colors in this rug are dark and muddy. I did not appreciate having to pay shipping to return a product misrepresented on their site. I made the mistake of purchasing the pad to go with it, but ended up keeping it rather than losing 1/3 of the cost to return shipping. I absolutely loved the rug as shown for sale (photo attached). When I contacted Wayfair the rep seemed to have difficulty with the fact that the rug was a different color, I sent a photo of what was on their site and said, unroll it and take a look when you get it back. I was told that they have access to the photo on their site. I had already packed up the rug to return, and it wasn't small, so I wasn't going to unpack it again. The rep then tells me to take a picture of it, and if it is a different color than shown then maybe they can give me free return shipping. Again I explained that the rug was already packed and ready to ship. What I figured out from the return shipping label is this; Wayfair has no idea what this rug looks like because it comes from and returns to . This is why the rep wanted me to take a photo of the rug to show Wayfair what color it was. I'm a quick learner and won't make the mistake of buying another rug from Wayfair; probably nothing else at all. In my opinion this is just bad business. I have attached the photo from the Wayfair site. This is what I bought, but certainly not what I received! My rating for this rug as represented is zero stars. My rating for Wayfair is zero stars. They should know what they are selling and stand behind it.
