This rug is beautiful and the quality is exceptional at this price point. Ordered the 8’ runner, no need for a pad, thick and soft underfoot. The color of the rug from online photos appears gold/mustard. The rug is more of a soft, sage color which I liked and the soft sage color worked with my decor so I happily kept the rug. Just know if you are looking for a gold/mustard rug, this rug is not the one. Hope my photo helps. Excellent rug!

The rug was lovely, but the color was wrong. The return was a nightmare, ultimately resolved by a manager. Be very careful when returning or replacing online. Although very efficient and support staff is polite, the runaround was very frustrating.
