Tapis en laine / coton tissé à la main Southwestern

We love the look and feel of this rug -- the materials are soft, the color and pattern are great, and we've gotten so many compliments on it. However, there's a major quality issue, and within just a few months the yarn on many of the loops has pulled out. We've had 6-inch long loops of yarn we had to cut because it was a tripping hazard, and several smaller ones. This started after just a few weeks and now our rug is covered in these loops. Maybe this rug would be a good choice in a low-traffic room, like a guest room that nobody uses, but not for anywhere you will be walking on it, and especially not with pets, as I think our dogs have gotten their claws stuck in the yarn loops. Wayfair support says they only warranty the products they sell for 30 days, and now that it's been three months they can't do anything for me. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love this runner. Basically got it for our tripod (seen here) but love it sooo much.

Lays out nicely, has some stretch which made the rug hard to get situated under the bed and night stands but overall I would purchase again.

It feels more like a blanket on the floor instead of a rug. It ill work for not but not the best fit for our needs.
