The colors didn't look anything like the photo, but okay, I can deal with that. But when I vacuumed the first time, the rug looked old and worn. Had what looked like frayed white loops. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the color is only on the top of the loops. The underportion is white, so when you vacuum, the white shows up, making it look worn. Too bad, I really like this company.

This is a super thick, plush, and comfortable rug. As usual-this particular company is PHENOMINAL in quality and design. My only complaint would be that the actual rug looks NOTHING like the picture portrays IRL...
