Service from store personnel was exceptional. Delivered on time. The color of the rug, however, was not as pictured online. It appeared to be a rust but was not. It was more like a dusty rose, so we returned it. Return, like the sale was professional and seamless. A great store.

The rug is beautiful but I would not consider the color to be rust. The photos online give it a rich orange glow but it has more of an undertone of pink to it. The rug is still gorgeous but I was disappointed because I was expecting something different.
