Purchased the large rectangular for my deck. I liked it so much I ordered 2 for the landings. I’m considering ordering more. I’ve had the large rug two seasons and it look brand new.

I ordered the above Tinesford Abstract rug and was shipped the wrong rug instead. My ordeal: two Wayfair customer reps who gave me the wrong and confusing information and one rep who hung up on me; the rug company who demanded a photo which I was technologically incapable of knowing how to send (I'm an 83 year old woman) and no refund if a photo isn't sent; several Wayfair emails telling me all the steps I had to take to return the rug; an email telling me I had to repackage the 6'x9' rug with plastic (the packaging was destroyed when I opened the rug) because FedEx doesn't accept unpackaged items (I wish I could have videoed what I went through to accomplish this); FedEx arriving with a 12 hour window 2 days later. I'm holding my breath that this will be accomplished. I don't have high expectations when dealing with FedEx. My days with Wayfair and FedEx are over. I went through all of this when it was their mistake.

Some trusts are coming out after months of use.
