The smell of wool is VERY strong when you open it. It fades over time, after 5 days I can say it is almost gone. It is not as soft and thick than pictures led me to believe. It is rougher and thinner than expected. The color is “yellower” than ivory andor pictures. But it clearly is a great quality carpet and it does look as such.

The color is closer to a light sage green but I love how it looks. It's a great earthy tone that goes well with most colors. The texture wasn't quite what I hoped, it's not as soft as I wanted but after vacuuming it a bit I grew to like it and I'd buy it again for what it's worth

I love the 'heaviness' of the rug. Even with 2 rambunctious dogs, I haven't taped it down in my hallway or bedroom . . . yet. ;)

Very pretty, however definitely not ivory and more of a sage color.
