I love Wayfair and their customer service is outstanding! They truly listen and want feedback. Wayfair is my first choice when shopping anything for my home. The rug arrived, we put it down and noticed a few seams were not sewn together, as the picture shows. I am just submitting the problem and feel certain that a representative will be in touch!

I attempted to cancel this order. I am so glad I was too late; this rug is absolutely gorgeous!!! The texture is softer than you would think by just looking at it.
