We only just got this rug yesterday but so far I have no complaints. It has a few kinks that seem to be settling down after 24 hours. It is very soft to the feet and seems well-made. It has some fun color variation where at times it looks black-and-white other times it looks just black. It is definitely a little lighter than the photos in Wayfair show.

The rug is very soft. It is taking a while for it to unfold the kinks even with weights. I was expecting a darker shade of grey all over but it almost looks like it is a mix of light and grey in different lights and depending on how the shag lays. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase but if you are looking for it to be one colour dark as shown you might be disappointed.
