Ce tapis est vraiment très joli, on l’adore! Il a une bonne épaisseur aussi et tient bien en place.

I bought an area rug and runner, during your rug sale when i received the runner it was too short, my measure wrong by one foot, I asked to return the runner for one a foot longer, unfortunately i was told the sale was over and i had to pay full price for the same runner, you salesman has gone down hill. I was told the runner was not on sal just days after purchase and a replacement was at full price for the same runner a day later. Ive bought a lot from Wayfair and was very happy with the goods and service until now when i felt gorgeded. I dont know what happened to Wayfair but my satisfaction in Wayfair is gone.

This area rug missed the mark for sure. I had this rug delivered on 10/24 and requested a return 41 days later. Denied after 30 day return policy. The rug not only smells really awful (wet dog smell) that will not go away, but the wear pattern as pictured from normal walking without shoes is not normal wear. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase this rug.

We have purchased thousands of dollars on Wayfair items (furniture, lights, indoor and outdoor rugs and carpets, etc.) Our purchase of this area rug was a terrible mistake. We loved the this rug when we first rolled it out in our living room. It looked great! I read the directions that said not to use a vacuum with a rotating brush. OK, fine. Then the shedding and shredding started happening even before I tried to vacuum it. It is a disaster! And we end up tracking it all over the house. I know Wayfair's policy is items have to be returned within 30 days but I was hoping they would give me a little bit of some monetary compensation to buy another one from them. No such luck. But I felt I should warn anyone who was considering buying this area rug.
