Delivery was fast. The area rug is soft and the color is true to the mages online. Fits perfectly in my office.

Rug was shipped folded (not rolled) in a thick plastic bag. Thankfully, since it was loosely folded, the rug smoothed out pretty easily once rolled out and weighted along the edges and corners. The colors match the online listing very closely - the rug color reads cool shades of blue, beige, gray. Rug measured 9x12, as listed. This rug is very thin. If you're looking for true comfort under foot, you will most likely want to add a rug pad. The rug arrived with the binding already being frayed in two places. I guess time will tell as to how well the rug holds up. I hope it does hold up well, as I really like the look of this rug.
