The quality of the rug seems very good, but definitely does not reflect the picture. The photograph shows a much muted gray rug, but this is a very bright white.

We got this rug back in June-3 months ago. It was beautiful and soft and a great addition to our new retirement home living room. Until yesterday when I took our Bissell carpet cleaner to it. Now it is a humped up mess. Probably too late to get a refund~ very disappointed.

Received the rug quickly. Beautiful and soft rug, love it!

I would give this zero stars if I could. This is a very cheaply made rug, I can’t believe the price! They shipped it folded and not rolled, so it has huge creases that won’t flatten out. I’ve tried steaming it and laying flat pressure overnight and it has not helped at all. It’s super cheap to feel too, the backing is plastic and thin.

Beautiful area rug, I was looking for something that really popped since my room is a little on the darker side. I also live in an old farmhouse, so was looking for something with a farmhouse look. Just a note though, I got the 9x13 size, and it did not arrive rolled as stated, it was bagged, and although most of the wrinkles have fallen out, there are still a few that I have been unsuccessful in flattening, will try some carpet tape next. Still, would purchase again because it's really beautiful.
