This rug was bound so tightly with wrapping tape that it was completely misshapen when I unwrapped it. I have had it laid flat for 6 days now. It is still completely unusable. I have also tried steaming it -- nothing. If I ordered this again, I would not order it from Wayfair but rather from a rug company that knows how to handle the product. VERY DISAPPOINTING
