I'm so excited to have this rug in my home! I am very partial to natural fibers, and was pleased by how affordable this 8' x 10' wool and cotton rug was, especially since it's hand woven. What was truly unexpected was how soft it is! I bought it for my dining room, but I almost want to order another one for the living room so I can just lay down on it--it's that soft and fluffy. That fluffiness makes me slightly wary of how easy or hard it might be to move dining room chairs in/out from the table, as the overall pile is a little higher than I would normally look for in a dining room rug, but time will tell. I'm thrilled to find a modern, neutral rug with this much character. It's described as "farmhouse" but I don't get that vibe from it at all. I have a geometric blocked rug in my living room with shades of red, orange, and burgundy, and the geometric pattern on this Ulmer rug puts the two in concert with each other without looking "matchy-matchy." Highly recommend!
