Hand tufted means wool yarn is punched through a backing by hand with a tufting tool, then secured with a latex backing, which gives a dense, even pile at a lower price than hand knotted. The wool pile is about 1/2 inch. Sizes in this listing: 5' x 8', 7'9" x 9'9", 9'6" x 13'6", and 4', 6' and 7'9" rounds. The soft brown tones pair with wood floors and neutral furniture in living rooms, bedrooms and entryways. Made in India.
