Plaid de Noël rouge victorien

This rug was a very pleasant surprise! Plaid can be difficult to purchase online, but in person this looks just like it did online! The gray in the plaid does have a bit of a blue under tone but the browns are stunning. The brown border is a really nice touch. The back is a bit rough but other than that I love it!

I really wanted to love this rug because the quality seems nice, and the pattern is exactly what I was looking for. My only issue is with the color. The description says the rug is beige and gray, but the “gray” in person has a noticeable light blue undertone. Unfortunately, that blue doesn’t match my Christmas décor, so it wasn’t the look I was expecting. If your home has cooler tones or blue accents, this may not be an issue at all. Aside from the color difference, the rug arrived in good condition and seems well made. I just wish the listing photos and description reflected the true color more accurately.

The name is completely deceiving, it is neither christmas or red. The rug is a light beige with neutral browns. When looking at my order picture and the review picture they are 2 completely different rugs.
