Picture did not show tassels, but mine came with it. I don’t mind it but just not what I thought I was getting. I thought it would be more white as well but the color really pops out of the rug. Still looks good though. I will say there is absolutely zero grip to the rug so it slides all over the floor. Any quick movement and I felt it slide right underneath me.
