Delivery was good and the carpet rolled out flat. The colors for the most part look like the picture. I don't know the process, however there are a couple of areas where the "dye"? didn't take hold. Not notcicible to most folks. However, the part that makes me a little crazy is that the design in the middle of the rug is NOT in the middle. It's 21 " from one side and 17 " from the side on the other side. If it's important that it looks symmetrical, be warned it may not be.

The rug is cut short at one end and cut unevenly too……
