I have not contacted the company yet, so maybe I should have held off on this review, but this rug looks nothing like depicted! I am wondering if I got the correct item(?) There is no red and no grey in the rug, just brown and beige. On a more positive note, the rug was delivered when promised, and was securely packaged in two layers of a strong, clear wrap, which I am using again to return this purchase. :(
