Item shipped does not match this photo. NO FRINGE on the ends! Then I reordered to get a 4th rug and it came WITH FRINGE. Spent over 1/2 hour on the phone with 2 different customer service people and the issue is still not resolved. They want ME to PAY for return shipping when I ordered the exact same items and they shipped me items that don't match. BEYOND FRUSTRATING! The color is VERY silver, which I can accept, but the styles don't match??

This is a great rug for the price. We have pets and needed a washable rug. Haven’t needed to wash it yet but for now we love the way it looks.

Looks very nice in my living room. I haven’t washed it yet. It’s a little thinner than I expected but it’s pretty. I haven’t been able to get the ends to lie flat yet but I’m sure there’s a hack out there.
