Rug Size:Rectangle 8' x 10'
The order arrived in July. When I recently went to open the package, I noticed the rug had a fringe border. Had I seen that before I placed the order, I would not have ordered the Rug. Please advise what I need to do to return the rug and pad. It was never opened. Thank you. Don Smith

Very disappointed by packaging and delivery the rug is great but came dirty because of holes in packaging and damaged in an a very visible area when laying out. 5stars for rug 0 for packaging and delivery
