This rug is beautiful and feels great under foot, but it arrived with an area of the yarn pulled out! It appears that the yarn in simply looped through the backing and pulls out with just a little tug. Very disappointing quality. I will be returning this.

Perfect! So soft, beautiful colors and very thick. Laid flat within an hour, no loose fibres after a quick vacuuming. Some odor when unpackaged, for about a day. Would definitely buy again.
