It is SO pretty in person! It’s very thick - so be careful of doorways. We bought it for in front of our front door, but the pile was too high. It was beautiful so we repurposed it for the bathroom.

Blue is deep not bright. Has some dots of brownish tones. Its thick and shagy-ish... not over the top but is very soft and comfortable. Seems to be good quality. Ends were easy to keep flat. It’s a very masculine rug and is what I was looking for. Would recommend!

Very thick, plush rug. Was to thick to be in front of a door which was where I originally planned on placing this but to nice to return so found another place and it is beautiful.

The color and pile will work well in a 2 year old boy's room. The issue we had (which prevented me from giving it more stars) is when the packaging was removed the rug seemed to be wet and had a mildew smell. A replacement has been sent. Hopefully the replacement will be problem free.
