I did not order correctly and put two carpets in my cart for two separate orders. I called your service department and your employee understood what I did and said that we would not have to pay the return cost. However then she said that she would send a new shipping label, it never came. The next day, I took care of it on your site and printed out the labels but will pay the $32.00 cost just to have it go right. I will be more careful when ordering.
