Love this rug. Nice thickness and very neutral colors. Background appears white with gray and beige running throughout. Very happy with this purchase and will order more sizes.

I ordered the rug which has the cream color as the dominant color. I got the exact opposite and there was no option to have accidentally mixed this up. The funny thing is the rug would be great in another area of my home it was bigger, but I wouldn't even know if I got the one I ordered or a mix up without options to select colors. Quality and thickness is nice, but it is NOT what I ordered

Got the 8x10 for around 300, which I consider a good deal. It sheds like crazy, which is expected from wool, but the primary reason for my star deductions is that there are rocks or white tufts of glue that are inside the rug, which feel like hitting a staple on a installed rug.
