The first rug had a hole in the packaging that burrowed into the rug. The rug was damaged and they processed a return and replacement rug for me. The second rug is perfect. I love the rug. I love the colors. It works perfectly in my living room.

Amazing!! It was a bold choice for me, but I love it. So well made thick. Colors are perfect. I also haven’t noticed excessive shedding like some of my thicker rugs, since it’s looped )
