So this rug looks amazing on the website but in person it falls short. It’s actually really shaggy and because of this the crosses are not defined as much as I want them to be. They just look like cream blobs. Also there are several bare areas in the rug that are missing fibers. I am considering returning the rug or possible asking for a refund.

Crosses are not defined and you will be picking up tiny pieces of this rug for the rest of your days. Hate it!

Overall its a super cute rug. It does have a few small bald spots but theyre not extremely noticeable.
