The rug looks exactly as pictured but doesn't quite meet my expectations. It's pretty thin and the material is a bit scratchy so it's not very soft or plush to step on. The tassels are beautiful and thick but given how thin the actual rug is, it sticks out a bit.

This rug was such a fun addition to my clients living room. I definitely recommend a rug pad underneath to add some cushion and to keep it from sliding. The quality is great even better than I expected.
