This is a great rug for the price - reply comes to life when vacuumed. I used a thick rug pad under it since it’s not as plush as a wool rug would be. The pattern is a dark charcoal gray, not black as I thought it would be. Still looks great in my room!

Honestly doesn’t look great when you first roll it out but once it was vacuumed and completely flat I loved it!

Great rug for a great price. The shag is soft and the pattern is fun and informal. I used this in my sons room over existing carpet. You would definitely need a rug pad if was going on a hard floor. It’s great for a bedroom or a room without tremendous traffic. I can’t imagine it would retain its appeal if it was in a high traffic room.
