Absolutely horrible. The rug arrived wet, dirty, and stained. The silica packs inside also burst and were all over the rug. Would need to be professionally cleaned to be safe in our home. I reached out to customer service, and they were almost worse than the quality of the rug. I was offered the options of a 10% refund or a full refund but would have to pay for packaging to return it myself, which would have coast more than the amount of the 10% refund. Neither solution was acceptable. I asked again for a refund just enough to cover the cost of the cleaning, but Wayfair refused to accommodate. I will never recommend Wayfair again.

The rug is beautiful and really soft. I would not call the color ivory. To me it looks like a very, very, very light gray.

I really have no knowledge of quality as this was a gift.

This is a beautiful, soft rug. We have it in our main bedroom. It unrolled well and stayed pretty flat right away. I vacuumed it thoroughly right away and it doesn't seem to bed shedding at all. It feels great underfoot!

This rug was beautiful and very well-made. If you're going to use this in a space with moderate traffic (and people who won't walk on it with dirty shoes), it'll be perfect. It's quite lovely in person.
