BUYER BEWARE!!! If you need to return a rug they charge you $68.00 FOR SHIPPING even if the rug did not look like the picture on their website. I returned it and was told that because I didn't take a picture of the rug before hand, that there was nothing they could do besides giving me a 10% worthless coupon which would just about cover tax! Got the rug on sale and ended up spending $68 more! Would definitely never purchase a rug again from Wayfair!

If I could give this rug ZERO stars, I would. We have had this rug for a year and after only a few months, it started to get fuzzy and pile. It looks AWFUL now, I am embarrassed to even have people over it looks so bad. We paid over $800 for this rug and it didn't even last 1 year. We also followed all care instructions and vacuuming specifically how it says to. We also only have 2 people in this household, too, and no children, so it does not see much foot traffic. I am so upset by this poor quality product and I am beyond upset that Wayfair will do nothing about it. I am out my money and out a rug. I will never buy a rug from Wayfair ever again. I warn you- DO NOT BUY THIS RUG.

Very comfortable rug and true to the picture. We bought this for our family room and comfort was key. The color is also true to the picture. It is a light gray - almost off white. So far it hides things pretty well in the carpet. The only thing I don't love is that it pills easily. I expected shedding since its a wool rug, but I didn't expect it to pill so quickly.

The most wonderful rug ever! I have dogs, therefore I have had a LOT of rugs throughout the years. This one is high quality, thick and gorgeous. Looks better in person! I highly recommend this rug to anyone.
