Tapis rouge / brun en laine fabriqué à la main Marshayla

This striped kilim rug features horizontal bands of red, tan, olive green, and brown, with fine blue-gray lines between them. The wool is woven flat at a low 0.25-inch pile height, giving a smooth, durable surface with a finely textured feel. Each rug is handmade over about 4 months, so slight variations in shade and detail are part of its character. With no backing, a rug pad is recommended to add cushion and keep the rug in place.
