I rarely write negative reviews, but this one deserves it. To start, I've purchased more than 50 items from Wayfair in the past month for our California home remodel. Nearly everything has exceeded my expectations. Items have arrived in great condition, shipping has been fast, and most products have been even nicer than the online descriptions. Unfortunately, this rug was the complete opposite. Because we're remodeling from out of state, I have to order well in advance, so my return window expired before I was able to open and inspect it. The rug is extremely thin, cheap-looking, and lays completely flat with curled edges that won't relax. The packaging also damaged one edge, leaving it permanently two-toned where it was compressed. The photos make it look much higher quality than what actually arrived. Even for the price, I expected something substantially better. This is the one purchase from Wayfair that has been a major disappointment. I would not recommend buying this rug.
