Cerrito AMF564 Premium Burgundy Area Rug

I recieved this rug and before unpacking it, I saw a one inch white line running down the entire rug . Also, the description says burgundy but it is actually pink with black dots trying to make it look burgundy. When I swipe the rug, it is only painted on the very top showing white for most of it. Very disappointed. This is the second time this has happened when ordering a Wayfair rug. I ordered a different one and the same thing happened.

This is a terrible product. The only color is surface and ash you walk on it or vacuum there are white steaks everywhere. How do I get my money back

The color/dye on this rug only skims the surface, so the white shows and it looks terrible. I like that it's soft and washable, but it will probably need to be replaced soon.

This area rug is really pretty and super soft under foot. My dogs love lying on it too.
