Despise Wayfair!! The supervisor was no help in getting my order canceled after the company changed the delivery date! Use Rugs.com!! The rugs arrived when promised!!

The package showed up on time. Haven’t used the rug pad yet as the actual rug hasn’t arrived yet.

It's so weird that my review was removed. The rug pad was too big, did not meet the website description. I asked for a partial refund and instead, my review was removed.

Bought to put underneath my cabel pink and white oriental rug. I am a research hound and dug deep to find this rug pad. I have laminate floors and there is no slippage whatsoever and the rug does not bunch at all. I am so glad I bought this from Wayfair. (Just got it so still have to cut it down a few inches but it's perfect).

A good value for the price. I had imagined this rug pad would feel a bit softer or “cushier” but it feels pretty flat to the foot. That said it’s a huge rug pad and fits well under our 9x13 rug, and provides a good non-slip base for the rug. It’s thick enough that you do not feel the floor through the rug.

This rug pad does help the rug not slide around and provides some cushion. However, the description is deceptive. It is absolutely NOT 0.4 inch thick! It’s only about a quarter inch. Disappointing, but not worth dealing with the hassle of a return.
