I've had a few bad rugs from wayfair - this isn't one of them. It really is very plush/soft, just needs to flatten out a bit on one side. Looks just like the picture, coloring and all.

Lovely rug in nice natural tones that will go with most spaces. It had that new rug smell for a few days but aired out just fine. The plush shag feels great underfoot.
