Rug is described as black however believe me it is not black at all, the color it is a dark green which obviously its not what I wanted nor what I ordered. I started the return process and it cost me almost 30 usd to send it back for something that it is entirely they fault. I called Customer Service and they requested a picture of the rug which I sent, but unfortunately when I take the picture the color seems like a light black which I assume it is the same issue that happens to the Wayfair people so the 3 customer service people I talked to were not help at all, they Just offered me a coupon towards my next order which obviously it is not happening. I have ordered plenty of items on Wayfair through the years, products were always as described and customer service was excellent, not the case anymore. I will pay the 30 usd to send that cheap / dark green rug back and I will never place an order on Wayfair ever again and I will advise all my friends and colleagues to do the same. Thank you Wayfair!!!!!
