I'd give it ZERO stars, if possible. First, Wayfair packaged this rug rolled up in plastic and it was crushed flat in the shipping process. Second, this rug is made of such inferior quality products that it is permanently creased and won't lie flat and the fibers are permanently bent. The colors are great, but the product is so bad - avoid at all cost.
